This is only our second participation in the Department of Higher Education. Our main objectives were: - Enabling our students to fully experience European citizenship: we believe it is by meeting other Europen students that young people will develop this sense of belonging to the European Union. This aspect is particularly important for our students from rural areas. - Contributing to the modernization of our training center by developing the pedagogical, technical, and human skills of our teaching staff through mobility. - Promoting equal opportunities in terms of mobility: living at the "end of the world," our students have fewer opportunities to travel. We wanted to maintain the requirement for mobility programs in some of our courses and expand the opportunities offered to all our students and apprentices. - We also wanted to experiment with incoming mobility, as we believe that welcoming young people and teachers from other cultures to our beautiful region would inspire our students and teachers. - Strengthening the attractiveness of our programs: While the agricultural sector suffers from a lack of overall attractiveness at the European level, and food self-sufficiency is a crucial issue for the Union, we believe that offering European and international mobility opportunities can be a motivating factor for entering or continuing agricultural training. - Improving the foreign language skills of our students and staff.
