Objectives

Since 2020, the Comue de Toulouse (formerly the University of Toulouse) has been running Erasmus+ projects, including the KA131-2023 project. These initiatives pursue a variety of objectives, both for the institution and for the beneficiaries involved. The project's primary goal is to offer administrative staff, particularly those who rarely have access to mobility opportunities, the chance to participate in international training programs. These experiences promote the acquisition of new skills, working methods, and know-how in an intercultural context. They also encourage the integration of innovative tools and practices discovered abroad, stimulate the exchange of best practices, and contribute to continuous professional development. They also strengthen participants' sense of European belonging and their openness to other cultures and professional environments. During the 2023 convention, the Comue also renewed its blended intensive program (BIP) in the form of a staff week. This program combines a virtual phase with a face-to-face phase, enabling direct involvement of international partners and diversification of learning and collaboration methods. It offers reinforced objectives: broadening access to mobility through its flexibility, developing long-term transnational collaborative projects, and promoting a broader and more sustainable community of practice among partner institutions. For the Comue, the Erasmus+ project is a major strategic lever: it strengthens its internationalization and increases its visibility and attractiveness on a European scale. It also helps to consolidate lasting partnerships, stimulate cultural and civic openness within the university community, and ultimately improve the quality of services provided to students and teacher-researchers.
