The 2023–25 mobility project is led by Toulouse Jean Jaurès University (UT2J), a specialist in the humanities, social sciences, arts, literature, and languages. UT2J comprises five faculties and seven institutes, including two university technology institutes, as well as two internal schools. The project has generated enthusiasm among students and teaching and administrative staff within the institution's various structures (faculties, departments, schools, institutes, directorates and shared services) because it adds real value to their academic and professional careers. Study and internship placements primarily focus on Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes. By joining the Erasmus+ programme, the institution aims to contribute fully to the development of the European Education Area, which aims to enable every student to study outside their home country and foster a sense of belonging to this area.
