The CNEAP network has set several objectives regarding student mobility under the Erasmus+ programme: Encourage students to develop their independence and improve their language skills; Develop soft skills to improve their employability after their mobility; Reinforce innovative strategies within the schools and promote digital literacy and new learning strategies; Promote the EU sense of belonging to a population of voting age and ready to be active citizens; Increase the attractiveness of short higher education courses in the agricultural sector (such as two-year higher education programmes). Consolidate international relations with European and non-European organisations. This year, six schools within the network have taken part in mobility activities using this grant. Two more schools have made plans to submit their application to obtain the ECHE charter and take part in higher education mobilities, which indicates the goal of the CNEAP network to commit to the aforementioned objectives in the long run. Still, we need to emphasize the current struggles of higher education in the agricultural sector, which is caused by the fact that most of our students can find a job immediately after they graduate from high school. These mobilities act as a way for us to promote higher education through the lens of international education and partnerships.
