Paris Dauphine-PSL University places internationalization at the core of its academic strategy. Through the Erasmus+ program, it aims to democratize access to mobility, strengthen European cooperation, and improve the quality of support for students and staff. The project aimed to address these priorities by pursuing three main objectives. 1. Increase and diversity outbound mobility by enabling a larger number of students, including those from less represented fields (mathematics, computer sciences, law) or with fewer opportunities (scholarship recipients, students with disabilities), to have an international experience. 2. Strengthen inclusion and the quality of support through specific assistance for priority groups, in coordination with internal services (disability support, equality, student life, PSL Welcome Desk). Additional financial aid and personalized support were provided to remove barriers to mobility. 3. Modernize mobility management through the digitalization of information and procedures (EWP, European Card, internally developed app “My Mobility,” etc.) to facilitate management and improve the quality of service for students and staff.
