Objectives

As part of its internationalisation strategy, IPAG Business School, a higher education institution, implements Erasmus+ projects to enable students and staff to undertake training or internship experiences abroad. This project was carried out in a post-pandemic recovery context, marked by the need to strengthen students' resilience, intercultural competences, and adaptability. The main objective of the project was to promote the international exposure of students by offering them the opportunity to study or complete a traineeship in a European country, while enabling them to acquire academic, linguistic, and professional skills essential for their integration into the labour market. The project also aimed to foster inclusion by ensuring equal access to mobility opportunities for students facing social, economic, or geographical barriers. Targeted actions were implemented to inform, support, and guide these participants throughout their mobility journey. In parallel, the digitalisation of mobility management was reinforced, in line with the commitments undertaken by IPAG through the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education. Efforts were also made to promote the green transition, notably through the encouragement of sustainable means of transport. This project forms part of the institution’s broader strategy to educate responsible citizens who are open to the world and engaged in society, in line with the European Union’s priorities in higher education.
