This project is a key part of the University of Poitiers' strategy, which promotes international openness and the development of interculturality as a way of supporting European values. This project therefore enables us to respond to challenges specific to our institution, but also to strengthen our students' civic engagement. The University of Poitiers has several ambitions: to create the best conditions for an exchange of practices that benefits both sending and host institutions, to work towards professional recognition in careers, to offer better support for mobility, and to work on more inclusive internal communication. In the last few years, we've put inclusion at the center of our concerns, involving many people at all levels of the institution. We also encourage green and hybrid mobility, particularly among students who are aware of and appreciate the added support provided by Erasmus+. The experience sharing sessions we organize at various international events relayed by the university's departments promote the dissemination of information. The EC2U network highlights the psychosocial skills acquired through mobility, the impact on participants' employability, and the unique experience of engagement that prepares students to become citizens of a multicultural community. Staff and faculty mobility reinforces the priority given to sustainable development and inclusion.
