Objectives

Arts et Métiers actively engages in international partnerships to support the development strategy of French and European companies. We strive to address industrial challenges and societal issues by positioning ourselves as a key economic player, contributing to sustainable industrial development. We also aim to promote our training programs by emphasizing the importance of the European framework in our teaching and research activities (example: [https://artsetmetiers.fr/fr/actualites/empower3d-rendre-lingenierie-attrayante-des-le-plus-jeune-age]). One of our priorities is to develop research-oriented training programs while raising awareness among students and staff about the issues of the European Higher Education and Research Area, in line with Erasmus+ priorities. By encouraging mobility, this project is integrated into our development strategy, which is based on structuring partnerships. We promote student mobility, particularly when it is accompanied by a research laboratory and linked to faculty mobility. Increasing the number and minimum duration of student mobilities to one semester is one of our top priorities, as is the provision of quality services, embedded in a continuous improvement process. We strongly encourage long internships (6 months) in companies. Staff mobility also plays a significant role in our internationalization process.
