Objectives

The University of Rennes (UnivRen) highlights its mobility program in higher education, emphasizing the importance of the Erasmus initiative not only as a source of funding but also as a means to create sustainable and high-quality European partnerships. Membership in the European Alliance EDUC demonstrates this commitment to excellence. Financially, UnivRen has chosen to offer its students more generous scholarships than those provided by the Erasmus+ agency to provide sufficient financial incentive to encourage student mobility. For the 2023-2025 academic year, UnivRen has received a total budget of €615,980 for mobility, with €91,980 specifically allocated to the organization of mobilities (OS). The breakdown of completed mobilities is as follows: SMP Mobilities: 74 beneficiaries for an average duration of 4.5 months. SMS Mobilities: 252 students, including 198 Erasmus beneficiaries, 46 AMI beneficiaries, and 35 non-beneficiaries. STA Mobilities: 26 STT Mobilities: 15 These figures demonstrate UnivRen's commitment to promoting international mobility, as well as the interest among students and staff in participating in mobility programmes. UnivRen wishes to actively support its students and staff in implementing their mobility projects by establishing a policy of financial, educational and administrative support.
