The 2023-2025 project is part of the continuation of the institution’s international openness strategy, which aims to continue the objectives: opening the high school to the world, involving the community, partners, developing/strengthening skills, and the qualification of scholarship holders. The principal, the administration and the steering committee for mobility are the strong supports of this project. The opportunities offered by the European Commission relayed by the Erasmus France agency have long been mobilized by the institution and it is necessary to develop it and capitalize on the experience gained. The principal attaches particular importance to mobility because it is important that no one forgets the priorities of Erasmus+ nor those of the establishment project (international openness, increase in qualifications). European mobility is recognized as an essential tool for knowledge of the European space, its influence and thus participates in its strategy of efficiency in management, in establishment dynamics. With regard to students and staff, the strengths: develop professional, linguistic, social, behavioral skills, participate in employability, contact partners, management at the establishment level of language exams. On this 2023 project, a new path opens with a clear inscription of the BTS Tourism in the dynamics of international openness. Training in this sector of activity must contribute to the opening up of students to the world and thus address the social inequalities which have meant that a large part of our students have never left the department or only know the islands of the Caribbean. This objective is concretized by the development of relations with other European higher education institutions, the implementation and participation in intensive hybrid training programs, the intensification of internship mobility. These activities aim to promote the development of students' professional skills, improve their employability, refine their professional project and ultimately facilitate their professional integration. In addition, internship mobility to countries in the Caribbean was considered in a desire to open up to the environment close to the establishment. This objective should be achieved during the next school year. Finally, this project also aimed at increasing internship mobility for the BTS NDRC sections and the DTS. Regarding the BTS NDRC, the number of mobilities has increased with varying degrees of success regarding the quality of the internship sites and for the DTS, the mobilities will be effective on the 2024 project.
