Our institution, as a holder of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE), aimed to implement this Erasmus+ project with a clear ambition: to enable every student wishing to undertake an international internship to benefit from this opportunity, with special attention given to those with fewer opportunities. This initiative is part of our commitment to European and international openness, aiming to provide our students and teachers with enriching experiences, both professionally and personally. For students, the goal was to allow them to develop their technical, linguistic, and intercultural skills, while strengthening their autonomy and self-confidence. Students in the BTS International Trade program, for whom a 60-day internship abroad is mandatory, were particularly targeted. Through this mobility, they were able to discover the professional world in an international context, improve their foreign language proficiency, and adapt to new cultures. These experiences were often transformative, allowing them to return with unforgettable memories, enhanced skills, and an even broader perspective on Europe and the world. In 2024, 10 first-year BTS International Trade students received a grant for their internship, along with 8 more in 2025. One second-year student was even able to go to Mexico in 2024, despite not receiving a grant the previous year, thanks to personalized support. We also wanted to expand access to mobility to other programs, such as BTS Communication, to encourage more students to experience international opportunities, even when they are not mandatory. Two BTS Communication students also obtained grants for internships in Belgium and Sweden, marking a first step toward opening mobility opportunities to all programs. For teachers, the objective was to offer them the opportunity to develop their pedagogical and professional skills abroad, while strengthening European partnerships. Three teachers traveled to Germany to exchange pedagogical practices and develop collaborative projects with students. A BTS International Trade teacher also strengthened ties with Cardiff University, while another teacher improved her English in Italy. These mobilities allowed teachers to enrich themselves professionally, open up to other cultures, and return with new ideas for their courses. Finally, we aimed to enhance the visibility and attractiveness of the Erasmus+ program within our institution. The experiences of students and teachers are regularly shared during international days, fairs, or through articles and videos. These testimonies inspire future participants and contribute to the reputation of our campus, while demonstrating that Erasmus+ mobilities are accessible to all.
