This project had the following objectives: - improving services related to outgoing and incoming mobility and support mechanisms for participants, as well as implementing tools to measure progress. For incoming students, increasing the number of courses taught in English to better meet the needs expressed by incoming students during the 2022 project; improving the course catalogue compared to the 2022 project, in terms of its readability and comprehensiveness, as well as its availability from the student nomination phase onwards; strengthening the reception and academic and administrative support systems for incoming students and staff to improve the mobility experience; recruiting an incoming mobility coordinator. For outgoing students, the implementation of additional tools to ensure better dissemination of the inclusion scheme among potential candidates; improvement of the selection process for mobility candidates to ensure that all students validate their learning during mobility; implementation by the International Relations Office (IRO) of new actions and procedures to ensure the administrative follow-up of students and staff during and after their mobility; - increasing outgoing mobility opportunities for students and staff and increasing incoming student mobility by signing new inter-institutional agreements, extending existing agreements to new fields and concluding agreements in new programme countries and associated countries with which the Institut Catholique de Paris did not previously have partnerships; - finalising the digitisation of the management of incoming and outgoing Erasmus mobility: standardising paperless application procedures; generalising online learning agreements (OLAs), training staff who manage them and developing tools to simplify their use by outgoing students; creating all inter-institutional agreements via EWP; strengthening administrative and academic monitoring of participants. - strengthening the commitment of the institution's stakeholders and target groups to the Erasmus inclusion scheme promoted by the IRO. - internationalising the university and its three campuses by disseminating the project results through a targeted communication strategy based on qualitative and quantitative data collected throughout the project.
