The IRTS is a social work training centre offering more than a dozen programmes to 700 students and employing around 40 staff. International development has become a key focus of the institution's strategy, whether through mobility programmes for students and trainers, partnerships or cooperation projects. Internationalisation is therefore one of our current and future priorities. In order to enable a greater number of students to experience mobility, we have chosen to offer individual mobility programmes with Erasmus+ grants for internships abroad and group mobility programmes (on a voluntary basis for students in initial training and on a compulsory basis for student apprentices training to become social workers). These two types of mobility complement each other well and enable between 80 and 100 students to experience intercultural learning through local (intercultural solidarity projects) or European mobility programmes. n implementing this project, our main objective was to respond to a clearly identified need while providing sustainable added value. On the one hand, we wanted to give more space to intercultural learning within our training programmes and, on the other hand, to experiment with an innovative approach that complements existing actions. This project aimed to: - Improve existing conditions for beneficiaries/users/stakeholders by providing concrete and tailored solutions; - Test new tools or methods in order to promote the development of the project team's skills and create a potentially replicable model; - Mobilise local/organisational stakeholders, strengthen cooperation, and encourage a collective dynamic around a common goal; - Measure the impact of our actions through qualitative and quantitative indicators, with a view to continuous evaluation and improvement. Finally, beyond the expected operational results, we also wanted to develop a more strategic vision of how we respond to issues related to cultural diversity and to place our actions within a medium- to long-term transformation process.
