Objectives

By implementing this project, the institution seeks to achieve several objectives: - Educational and academic objectives: The exchange of best practices between teachers and instructors and their international counterparts contributes to improving the quality of teaching and fosters pedagogical innovation. The acquisition of new skills directly benefits instructors by enriching their professional development and indirectly benefits the entire teaching team through skill sharing. Finally, international mobility of teaching staff benefits students through renewed teaching methods and rethinking teaching practices. Students acquire new skills, including linguistic, intercultural, and professional competencies. - International and cultural objectives: Staff and student mobility contributes to increasing the institution's internationalization by establishing initial contact with a foreign host institution. These mobilities contribute to strengthening the institution's attractiveness on a global and European level. - Professional objectives: Mobility facilitates students' professional integration through experiences abroad that are valued by employers. Program participants develop transferable skills such as adaptability, intercultural communication, and autonomy. - Cooperation objectives: Mobility can be the starting point for creating lasting academic networks between European institutions. Internship mobility also provides an opportunity to enrich the field of professional partnerships.
