I wanted to organize professional internships for my BTS students to better understand cultural differences, enhance their language skills, gain autonomy, debate on cross-cutting issues, particularly the impact of climate change, compare our professional practices and agricultural systems, and observation internships for teachers to better understand and innovate teaching practices. The goal of the students' internships is to renew their professional practices, discover other working methods, become European citizens, and be ambassadors upon their return from their internship.
