INSEEC BBA Bordeaux (legal entity: Centre d’Études Européen du Sud-Ouest - CEESO), a member of the OMNES Education Group, is a four-year post-baccalaureate programme based on the Anglo-Saxon academic model. It is accredited by the French Ministry of Higher Education and registered in the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP), awarding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration equivalent to a Master 1 level. The implementation of the 2023 Erasmus+ mobility project is fully aligned with INSEEC BBA Bordeaux’s internationalisation strategy. It reflects our strong commitment to offering students a high-quality academic pathway grounded in globally oriented pedagogy and aligned with European priorities in terms of inclusion, sustainability, digital transformation, and civic engagement. The 2023 Erasmus+ mobility project primarily aimed to support the mandatory mobilities integrated into our curriculum, namely an international internship in the second year and an academic exchange of one to two semesters in the third year. It also provided funding for additional professional experiences abroad, particularly in the fourth year, as well as for short hybrid mobilities such as Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs). These opportunities are designed to maximise students’ exposure to diverse academic and professional contexts, thereby enhancing their linguistic, intercultural, and digital skills. By strengthening the employability of our graduates, the Erasmus+ programme serves as a strategic lever. It offers students hands-on experiences of study or work abroad, immerses them in multicultural environments, and prepares them to join international organisations or evolve in highly globalised work settings. Proficiency in English, adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to collaborate across cultures are now key competences on the job market. The Erasmus+ programme also aims to bring about structural impact within our institution. Teaching and administrative mobilities (STA and STT) foster continuous professional development, the exchange of best practices, and alignment of our pedagogical methods with European standards. These activities also contribute to an internal culture of internationalisation and the diffusion of Erasmus+ values among all institutional stakeholders. Lastly, the 2023 Erasmus+ mobility project has contributed to reinforcing, consolidating, or initiating long-term partnerships with numerous higher education institutions. These strategic collaborations, built on bilateral agreements, facilitate the seamless mobility of students and staff, as well as the implementation of joint projects (International Weeks, BIPs, double degrees, etc.). They help embed INSEEC BBA Bordeaux within a dynamic European academic network and enhance its institutional visibility at the international level. Thus, the 2023 Erasmus+ mobility project constitutes a cornerstone of INSEEC BBA Bordeaux’s academic, professional, and institutional development, while fully adhering to the objectives set by the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education 2021–2027.
