For this 2023 E+ Project, which had to be implemented during the 2023–24 and 2024–25 academic years, we planned to carry out the following collective mobilities: o 2 incoming BIPs: - A BIP titled "Forum des Institutions", aimed at all our first-year social work students, and allowing French-speaking students (minimum B2 level) from other European countries to take part. The goal is to introduce them to the field of social work in France through workshops, lectures, and meetings with professionals. For this BIP, we planned to host 15 students from our partner institutions, KSH in Munich and HERS in Belgium. This BIP also planned to host 2 STA participants who would lead a workshop on the theme of homelessness (focusing on the conceptual aspect), working alongside two representatives from an association supporting women living on the streets (for the practical, professional component in the Alpes-Maritimes area). - An Early Childhood Education BIP organized in English by the Early Childhood Education department, about “Cultural Awakening of Young Children. For this BIP, we had planned to host 15 students from our partner institutions, KSH in Munich and the University of Barcelona. This BIP also planned to host two lecturers from the University of Barcelona and one lecturer from KSH in Munich, who would work alongside the trainers in the various workshops. The aim was to compare professional practices in Spain, Germany, and France on the theme of early childhood development through art and culture. o 1 outgoing BIP in Belgium, organized by our partner the Haute École Provinciale de Hainaut-Condorcet. We planned 10 to 12 participants for the outgoing BIP in Belgium, and 5 to 3 other short mobilities outside of the BIP framework. We had also planned an outgoing STA to join the group of students attending the BIP in Belgium For individual mobilities, we anticipated 6 SMT mobilities and 6 STT mobilities, bearing in mind that—even though our Erasmus Plus international strategy includes supporting staff mobility to inspire and facilitate student mobility—our priority remains student mobility. Therefore, in our grant application for STA and STT, we included the flexibility to transfer part of the staff budget to SMT or SMS, if needed.
