The PROMÉTHÉE consortium, led by GIP-FCIP in collaboration with the Regional Academic Directorate for European Relations, International Relations and Cooperation (DRAREIC), brings together 23 local public educational establishments (EPLE) with ECHE Erasmus+ Charter status from the Aix-Marseille and Nice academies in 2023-24, representing a wide range of industrial and tertiary sectors. The primary objective of our consortium is to develop the quantity and quality of student/staff mobility in higher education. It also aims to break down the isolation of institutions and their teaching teams in the implementation of their international outreach policy, particularly in the management of their mobility projects. The consortium structure is perfectly suited to our objectives: it allows teaching teams to focus on qualitative aspects (information, selection, preparation, support for beneficiaries) and leave coordination and administrative tasks to the DRAREIC and GIP-FCIP. It is part of the PACA Academic Region's proactive policy to develop the mobility and internationalisation of higher education institutions within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme since the start of the 2021-2027 cycle.
