This project was born from the desire of member institutions to offer their students a long-term internship mobility period for students from Bac+1 to Bac+5, from all sectors. Through the diversity and richness of its members, this consortium aims to make mobility financially and socially accessible to as many people as possible, particularly to the most vulnerable and those most excluded from mobility. The multiplicity of actors allows a significant presence in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and to reach students with varied profiles. The Region is responsible for the administrative and financial management of the program and student monitoring, allowing institutions to focus on organizing their mobility and academic support. It also ensures the network's smooth running, fostering exchanges and the sharing of best practices, based on needs identified over the course of the project and throughout its implementation. Common themes and issues emerge and can be discussed together. The Region thus ensures that any difficulties that may arise during the implementation of actions within establishments are identified and supports project leaders in resolving them. The member institutions have agreed on common objectives: - to develop students' professional, personal, and intercultural skills by immersing them in a professional environment abroad and improving their language skills, - to promote their employability by allowing them to experience different practices, developing transferable skills such as autonomy, adaptability, initiative, and self-confidence, and expanding their network of professional contacts, - to prepare students to become European citizens, sensitive to cultural differences and European values, - to offer personal, administrative, and financial support and guidance through a reassuring framework and a presence, particularly in the event of problems, - to strengthen the institution's international outlook, attractiveness, and international influence, particularly through the establishment of long-term partnerships with host institutions abroad, - to commit the institution to a dynamic of continuous improvement of its training and professional development offerings while meeting to the objectives of the Erasmus+ program for the internationalization of higher education. The mobility offered more recently to staff reinforces this desire for a better training offering thanks to trained staff who have been able to enrich themselves with new professional and pedagogical practices, also strengthening ties with foreign partners.
