Toulouse INP is a public scientific, cultural and professional establishment (EPSCP) that federates three engineering schools: INP-ENSAT (agronomy), INP-ENSEEIHT (IT and telecommunications), and INP-ENSIACET (Chemistry, Materials, Process Engineering, Engineering, Industrial Engineering). Engineering training accredited by the CTI (French Engineering Qualifications Commission). As a public engineering school and member of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles, Toulouse INP's main mission is training, research and technology transfer. It offers a complete and diversified range of training courses to meet the needs of companies in the agricultural, industrial and digital sectors, all of which are innovative fields. The internationalization of our courses is one of our strategic priorities, and Erasmus + is at the heart of this policy. As Europe is our main mobility destination. In accordance with the requirements of the CTI, Toulouse INP students have an international obligation, i.e. they must carry out six months (or twice three months) of international mobility to obtain their engineering diploma. Students can choose to study abroad, or perform an internship in companies or laboratories. This mobility is organized, promoted and supported by Toulouse INP. It opens up participants to other cultures, enriches their practices and enables them to promote their experience on their CVs. Overall, the objectives of the 2023 agreement have been achieved. With a total budget of €470,086, the school used 98.18% of the grant, with a total of €461,538. The Erasmus agency initially granted 377 mobilities, and Toulouse INP implemented 381 mobilities (351 studies + 19 internships + 11 trainings STT). For staff mobility, Toulouse INP offers a range of opportunities adapted to the language level and autonomy of its employees: language courses and group mobility, staff week or job shadowing for experienced staff. Opportunities are identified via the establishment's network of partners (language training centers, other higher education establishments) or platforms such as Imotion. These mobilities are part of a wider plan to enhance the value of skills and experience gained through mobility, as part of an in-depth study carried out in collaboration with Toulouse INP's human resources department (promotion, selection, enhancement of staff training mobilities). Although the agreement provided for 18 staff mobilities for teaching and training, only 10 employees took advantage of this support to train abroad during the period covered by the agreement. This discrepancy can be explained by the absence of teaching assignments and by difficulties linked to the deployment of the new SIFAC+ accounting software, which no longer enables advance payments of mission expenses to be made, resulting in a significant delay in their processing on return. Staff shortlisted for an Erasmus+ training course have cancelled their mission, as they were unable to pay travel expenses in advance. As internal operations return to normal, this problem, which has a major impact on the commitment of staff with fewer economic opportunities, should be resolved. As regards teaching mobility, the problem has been identified and will be the subject of an appropriate strategy (support for structuring projects, reopening up to unfunded applications).
