Objectives

During this internship, several objectives were targeted and achieved, namely - consolidate the language concepts - establish collaboration with companies in order to meet the requirements of the BTS SAM training - follow the students during their internship and exchange with the tutors - acquire other professional methods - discover the cultural wealth of another country. A) Consolidate the language concepts: daily practice of the language, during professional or personal exchanges, allowed the students to strengthen their language concepts. The level of students in language has significantly improved in Spanish and allowed them to validate a level of skills adapted to the diploma in higher education. B) develop a partnership with companies: as a result, the organization of internships is facilitated. This stay allowed to establish a real collaboration with companies, indeed, meetings with the tutors of BTS SAM students, allowed: - to really define the framework of the internships (service, missions...), - to recall the objectives of the training, - to specify the expected requirements. C) Follow the students during their internship and exchange with the tutors: the meetings with the students and the tutors were beneficial because the different parties were able to define their expectations, the necessary adjustments were made immediately. D) Acquire other professional methods: a two-month immersion in a foreign professional environment allowed to compare work methods and to enrich oneself professionally. E) Discover a cultural richness of the country: during their free time, students were able to enrich themselves: visiting sites, culinary diversity, art, music and dance. Regarding staff mobility, the latter was able to share experiences and pedagogical practices. Teachers were able to implement their learning, disseminate it and share it with peers within their institution.
