The CNSMD Lyon implements an inclusive, innovative and open educational policy, and strives to strengthen its international dimension both in terms of its impact and within its own culture. This is reflected in the welcoming of numerous students and teachers from all over the world, significant international mobility and special partnerships with cultural institutions and foreign higher education institutions. The aim of this KA131 project was to support this educational policy by offering mobility opportunities for the institution's staff and students. Indeed, student and staff mobility is considered extremely beneficial by the CNSMD Lyon, which has sought to develop it by offering a wide range of partners throughout Europe (81), in addition to 7 partners in Switzerland and 12 outside Europe. This openness offers a wealth of opportunities covering all the main disciplines taught at the institution (44) and various courses (91), as well as a variety of aesthetic and pedagogical approaches and institutional models. The institution's aim is to enable any student, teacher or member of staff who wishes to do so to participate in mobility programmes without any barriers and under the best possible conditions (financial support, academic and professional recognition). The institution also planned to organise a blended intensive programme focused on the professional development of students studying composition for screen as part of the international InMICS master, in collaboration with the Marseille Music & Cinema Festival. Multicultural skills training was also one of the project's objectives, with students participating in practical training courses in Nepal under the auspices of GLOMUS, of which the institution is a member. In addition, the institution wanted to continue the work of redesigning certain programmes, in particular the European COPECO Master's degree, by relying on the project's training and teaching mobility opportunities, in order to enable staff to work within the consortium of institutions and acquire or upgrade their skills in educational engineering and collaborative work.
