The 2023 project was a continuation of the two previous editions, with the main objective of enabling as many participants as possible to benefit from a mobility experience. The institution is committed to continuously improving the support it offers, so that each mobility experience is enriching and successful. Beyond this general objective, the project also aimed to maintain the momentum of staff mobility, increase the number of hybrid mobility programmes, and develop new intensive hybrid programmes. The implementation of these new mobility arrangements contributes to strengthening the quality of education and training by promoting the exchange of good practices between European institutions and stimulating pedagogical innovation and methodological developments. The deployment of hybrid mobility within the framework of our European university aimed to improve implementation processes in order to ensure a secure, simplified organisation that could be easily transposed to all our European partners. The institution's participation in the Erasmus project contributes fully to its internationalisation strategy, particularly within the framework of its European university.
