Objectives

The Erasmus+ program was set up at our school to give as many of our students as possible the chance to study or do an internship abroad, especially in Europe. This unique opportunity gives them access to a high-quality international experience and significant financial support, which can be really important in some cases. The courses and programs offered by our school (Marketing and International Business) involve learning foreign languages (English, Spanish, etc.) and gaining in-depth knowledge of Europe and the international environment. These mobility opportunities are necessary for our students' future, making them attractive on the job market thanks to their personal and/or professional development. The integration of these mobility programs into our curriculum was therefore one of our development objectives, internationalizing our programs and our institution by offering mobility abroad in a simplified manner and at no additional cost. Welcoming incoming students plays a key role in the internationalization of our institution, creating a dedicated environment and ensuring an adequate learning experience. As a result, new training programs have been created in English to enable as many incoming students as possible to study at our institution. Developing training and teaching mobility opportunities for our employees was also one of our priorities for the 2023/2025 project. This opportunity is a real boon for our teams, as it allows them to gain international professional experience and develop essential skills, both pedagogical and organizational. Thanks to agreements in place with partner universities, we are able to offer high-quality training that is rewarding for our participants. To ensure that everyone can participate, we wanted to develop new agreements for the most popular destinations. The aim is to meet the demands of all our candidates, while giving them access to mobility opportunities that meet their expectations. In addition, in line with previous projects and in accordance with the Erasmus Without Paper initiative, the Dashboard platform is used to sign educational contracts and new agreements.
