As part of the mandatory end-of-year internship in a company or association, we sought to offer our CPGE students genuine international exposure in order to strengthen their academic and professional preparation. This project aims to provide participants with the skills and abilities needed to better integrate into the job market, particularly in a globalized context. Through this mobility, students develop their business skills, gain first-hand experience of working in an international environment, manage and lead their own meetings, collaborate with foreign teachers and students, and design shared working tools while making use of the School’s digital resources. They thus take on responsibilities comparable to those of a manager in an international school, which enhances their autonomy and academic performance. Finally, this unique experience is a major asset in preparing for admission interviews to the Grandes Écoles, offering them a personal journey that is both valued and appreciated by Business Schools.
