By implementing this project, we wanted to: Further strengthen our school's growing international outlook in order to: - Enable all staff and students who wish to do so to participate in mobility programmes by providing them with individualised support and personalised preparation. - Naturally integrate mobility into our students' study plans and our staff's personal and professional plans by providing more information and encouraging mobility, - Increase partnerships with European secondary schools in order to prepare for professional competitions together and offer videoconference and co-taught courses, - Strengthen the processes for organising and welcoming groups by increasingly involving our BTS Tourism students in the organisation and reception, and our hospitality and catering departments in our training restaurants. - Develop a simplified partnership with the University of Palermo and the school in Erice. - Implement a simplified partnership with Spain. Facilitating international mobility: - Emphasising the policy of promoting and strengthening language skills in secondary schools, - Implement measures to promote mobility (supplement to the diploma awarded at the graduation ceremony, promoting students who have participated in mobility programmes by asking them to welcome foreign groups and share their experiences with our community, as well as on social media, the school's website and regional television), - Further enrich and secure our network of partnerships, particularly in terms of internship placements. - Diversify our sources of funding. - Give priority to professional partners who are able to contribute to the cost of accommodation and meals for interns. - Encourage our students to choose the most environmentally friendly means of transport possible, especially since we have been re-certified as an E3D (sustainable development) school and we have student eco-delegates. - Maintain, for the third consecutive year, parity and diversity among students receiving Erasmus grants. - Enhance the appeal of our school to future students and their families, as well as to our future European partners, in particular by working with a production company to promote the school's courses and international strategy. Increase internal information: - Further structure our International Commission by opening it up more widely to all our staff, whom we invite to become destination representatives as soon as a partnership has been designed and finalised by the Headmaster and the Head of International Relations, or who become representatives naturally because they are leading a project. - Move and set up the International Office in the school hall, directly opposite the school administration office, so that everyone can find it. - Invite our student representatives and eco-representatives to participate in International Commission meetings and communicate to students our commitment to greener mobility.
