By implementing this project, our institution aimed to give both students and staff the opportunity to draw inspiration from what is being done in other countries. Indeed, the social work sector is currently facing major challenges and undergoing significant changes. Buc Ressources is a committed institution in the field of social work, and we strive to train tomorrow’s professionals by equipping them with all the tools they need to meet the current challenges they will encounter in the field. Erasmus is, for us, a key way to allow our students to go abroad, learn from other countries, and broaden their horizons. For our professionals, the goal is to strengthen their skills in order to better support students and to foster innovative and effective teaching practices tailored to the realities of the sector.
