Objectives

UTT is a public engineering school that reports to the Ministry of Higher Education, which celebrated its 30th anniversary in the spring of 2025, and where international mobility is mandatory for some 2,700 engineers, for a duration of one semester, either in studies or on an internship. International is one of the priority development axes of the UTT in a transversal way in education, research and technology transfer. Subject to the code of education, European directives and its own rules, the UTT, since its beginnings, implements the action "Mobility within the countries of the program". Through the implementation of this project, the UTT wishes to offer mobility options to students and staff within the countries of the Erasmus+ programme and to apply the strategic axes of the Erasmus Charter. Keen to participate in the development of Europe, it has also invested in other proposals of the program, and is currently coordinator of the EUT+ alliance, which has, on this project 2023, "absorbed" 43.44% of total mobility under Erasmus status, or 19.44% more than in 2022/23. The share of Erasmus in total student mobility (excluding internships) alone thus represents 53.5%. For the 2023/2024 contract, our objectives included these different main points: - Maintain the quality of our partnerships and the quality of the program - Improve the quality of execution of the implementation of the new aspects of the Charter 2021 / 2027 - Improve our rate of responses to reports from outgoing participants, a rate still impacted by the delay at the beginning of the new charter. - Continue our efforts to increase the mobility of outgoing staff As in the previous year, we decided not to allocate funding for outgoing mobility to third countries, because this would have had the effect of reducing the funding allocated to mobility to programme countries.
