By implementing the Erasmus+ project 2023-1-FR01-KA131-HED-000141911, ENSATT aimed to strengthen the international mobility of its students and staff in the field of performing arts. The main objective was to offer participants a rewarding academic and professional experience within European and international partner institutions, thereby fostering the acquisition of intercultural, artistic, and pedagogical skills. The project was also part of a broader ambition to expand and structure ENSATT’s international collaborations by consolidating strategic partnerships. Through these mobility activities, we sought to: - Offer students, through both group and individual mobilities in Europe and beyond, the opportunity to explore new artistic and technical approaches, benefiting from the complementary expertise of our partners. - Promote continuous training and international exposure for academic and administrative staff by encouraging the exchange of best practices and skills transfer. - Strengthen the integration of inclusion and equal opportunity principles within mobility programs, in line with the commitments of the Erasmus+ Charter. - Increase ENSATT’s visibility and attractiveness on the European and international stage by developing synergies with other institutions and supporting long-term collaborative projects. With this project, ENSATT has fully achieved its objectives by consolidating its internationalization efforts and ensuring high-quality, impactful mobility experiences for all stakeholders.
