1 Background of the project The project is part of the school's international development strategy, from primary school to higher education; the establishment is accredited for school education and vocational high school, in addition to the Erasmus+ charter for higher education, which allows synergy between the different mobility players. This now constitutes an additional area of work, since we can thus offer international continuity in our training (the reception of professional high school students who have completed an Erasmus mobility then welcomed into a BTS which requires the practice of modern languages is an example of this ) Since the start of the 2024 school year, the establishment has been labeled an international college and offers a BFI baccalaureate (international baccalaureate). The network of Assomption establishments has also created an Assomption consortium (for school education) thus demonstrating the priority given to the international dimension in the education of our young people. In its educational mission, the establishment has placed openness to the world as a priority axis of its project, in the spirit of the Assomption network. This openness to the world is recalled in its PAE “Seeing Broad” Project, expressed as follows : -"Go beyond appearances with an in-depth look, capable of perceiving different cultures as a wealth. -Encourage the rereading of experiences to enable innovation, release creativity, without suspicion or nostalgia. -Acquire a global vision, open up to international realities, seize the opportunities of the Assomption network." 2 Objectives Facilitate and develop internship mobility for BTS staff and students. Our objective is to develop internship mobility in all BTS, the regulatory framework for BTS diplomas making it difficult to develop student study mobility. Our objective is twofold regarding the public: - Be a "facilitator" in student internship mobility, by developing partnerships with schools and companies abroad. When we talk about school partnerships, it is about relying on the schools and teams we meet to help each other in the search for businesses for young people because this search constitutes a real difficulty for our audiences with little network. staff. The school teams on site can thus provide a relay to our young people (reception, point of contact). So when we meet the companies of the partner schools, with the teachers, it is always during an internship visit of one of their students and this allows us to better understand how foreign teachers work with their students. - Develop staff mobility: development of skills (linguistic and intercultural), team motivation, cohesion tool that promotes disciplinary and interdisciplinary team work. The international dimension is more than ever at the heart of the school's development: training European citizens. The focus of this coming year will be "Weaving Links," the school's central theme to be implemented internationally.
