This Erasmus+ KA171 project with Canada and Argentina builds on a successful KA107 project carried out with our Canadian partners from 2020 to 2023: the École de Technologie Supérieure (ÉTS) and Université Laval. It also involves the Universidad Nacional del Litoral (UNL), an institution with which ENGEES (École Nationale du Génie de l'Eau et de l'Environnement de Strasbourg) has had a dual-degree agreement since 2013. The aim of this new Erasmus+ project was therefore to build on the results of the previous project for Region 12, which had a catalytic effect. At the same time, it aimed to consolidate our partnerships in Canada by promoting student mobility through dual degree programmes and to launch joint teaching and research activities. The inclusion of our Argentine partner in this project was intended to strengthen this strategic partnership by enabling Argentine students to undertake a single-semester exchange or a dual-degree programme at ENGEES – an opportunity they would not have been able to take up without an Erasmus+ grant. As evidenced by the proportion of Argentinian students receiving the inclusion supplement (67%), this project has helped to remove the financial barrier to mobility for nine students.
