Attention given to education for sustainable development in comparison with their own country. The place of sustainable development education in curricula and its implementation in classrooms. Objective 3: Enable schools' stakeholders to observe and question the dimension of Inclusion. Objective 4: Enable schools' stakeholders to improve and innovate educational methods, to define achievable and measurable objectives at different levels: local, departmental, and national. Objective 5: Communicate throughout the two-year project to all members of the association.
In response to the challenges in the school environment and the need for support for educational teams, ANCM noted through a survey that student well-being, school-family relationships, collaborative practices, and inclusion are major priorities. The partnership with Leiden University made it possible to compare perspectives between the French and Dutch educational systems, fostering pedagogical innovation. This project aimed to identify reliable indicators of school well-being, to share tangible ideas, and to disseminate effective practices on a large scale. The school advisers are the main beneficiaries of this project, as well as the headteachers and their teams, to support them in managing the schools. The planned travels and exchanges allowed for perspective-taking, professional enrichment, and collective reflection on current educational issues. We wish to improve well-being in schools and support the success of all students. This project fully aligns with European priorities of inclusion, innovation, and sustainable development. Erasmus+ funding made these actions accessible to the greatest number of association members.
