Objectives

Reminder of the announced objectives: We wish to use mobility and intercultural learning as a means of development and territorial dynamics. Our main objective is the dynamisation and animation of the local area through the presence and participation of local and international volunteers. We wish to : - diversify our European partnerships and establish long-term quality relationships - increase the number of local young people participating in our international mobility projects - give them the opportunity to take part in other projects of their own - to work on the reciprocity of our projects in other European partner structures - strengthen participation and local and international partnerships with specialized structures - to further develop volunteering and civic engagement in the region These are constructive answers for a territory in search of dynamism and a possibility of structuring on the long term (at least over 5 years) which could allow shared visions of an active citizenship. Objective 1: "To consolidate and diversify our partnerships, particularly European ones (based on specific themes, for example) and to establish quality relationships over the long term" In this sense, each project must be built with our partners (international and local institutions and associations specific to the theme), because we are convinced that working together allows us to get to know each other better and to progress. We also want to strengthen participation and partnerships with local and international specialized structures. We want to ensure territorial equality by consolidating partnerships and commitment around Europe. To have a coherent vision of an active territory, it is necessary to work with its actors and inhabitants, in a principle of inclusion and empowerment. Each partner has a partial vision of the territory and it is then together that we can achieve a more complete vision. The same applies to a specific theme. We are planning mobilities with youth actors and also youth exchanges and youth participation activity. This will also increase the number of young people and local people who participate in our international mobility projects and thus broaden the common vision and learn together about active participation. Objective 2: "To guarantee a mobility pathway for young people that respects their trajectories". We want to further develop volunteering and civic engagement on the territory of Périgord. We want to give young people the opportunity to move on to other projects. This allows them to go further in their participation in the dynamisation of the rural territory and also to acquire skills in this field. In order to be as close as possible to local demands, we propose to people courses that are unique to each one. Thus, for example, a young person who has participated in a youth exchange can then take part in local and international training, propose a theme that is dear to him or her, learn to mobilise friends and acquaintances, set up a project with others, learn to negotiate, share and build a vision of an active society. They will learn to mobilise their friends and acquaintances, to set up a project with others, to negotiate, to share and to build their vision of an active and responsible society. They will learn about commitment and thus about citizenship. We set up two mobility projects with youth workers and two youth exchanges. By proposing long-term themes, we were able to work more effectively with young people and give them the opportunity to make a long-term commitment. They will then be able to act as multipliers within the network of Erasmus+ organisations, in particular, and work on the reciprocity of certain projects.
