This report is about two mobilities which were carried out as part of our first year of KA150 Youth accreditation. In the context of this convention, we have three main goals, in relations to the themes of engagement, animation and informal animation training and inclusion. The two staff mobilities were about the theme of engagement (mobility at Uniamoci, in Palermo, Italy), and the theme of animation and informal animation training (mobility at Sargantana, in Jaca, Spain. As a reminder, the actions of mobility revolved around these two goals, which are the ones that interest us in this report : Goal 1 : Engagement The goal was to improve our staff's daily professional practices through the development of skills in terms of : - youth mobilizing : discovering new ways of doing (keynote presentations, argumentation, events...) and communicating to promote engagement (digitalization of communication supports, use of youth communication tools such as social media....) - retaining youth : learning about different animation methods in order to create the relationshop, gain the trust of the youth and improve individual support and coaching in their engagement journey. - diversity in youth : identifying the groups that are not yet reached by our actions, understanding them, and finding the arguments to mobilize them... In this way, the youth will get more varied, rich, attractive and individualised engagement opportunies, and these engagements will be taken into account and valued more Goal 2 : Animation and informal animation training The goal was to improve our staff's daily professional practices through the development of skills in terms of : - taking into account the diversity of our audience's profiles (inputs of knowledge, inclusive and adaptive animation methods to accommodate differences...) and applying these learnings to concrete non-formal training and animation situations. - animation of youth groups : discovering new games, tools, methods, pedagogies, animation contents... - non-formal animation training : discovering new and innovative pedagogical tools adapted to a young audience (digital tools, animation games of a different cultural approach, renewed pedagocical methods) - In this way, staff and volunteers would be able to better welcom diverse audiences and would be able to facilitate youth groups in a more inclusive way.
