Through this project, we aimed to foster the emergence of a Euro-Mediterranean community of young people and youth sector stakeholders engaged in civic, inclusive, and sustainable initiatives. To achieve this, our actions are built around four key objectives we have set in order to support the creation and development of this Euro-Mediterranean network. Among these objectives, we seek to promote non-formal learning and the lived experiences of young people as a means of strengthening their professional integration. Through our exchanges, they are encouraged to reflect on current social issues, such as eco-friendly food practices, ecology, and heritage, using digital tools and creative ideas. These themes help them to develop skills, express themselves freely, and become engaged citizens capable of acting on their realities and transferring what they have learned. The project also aims to encourage mutual understanding among young people and support their civic engagement. Through meetings and workshops, they exchange ideas, raise awareness, and reflect on cultural and social issues. These activities allow them to explore values such as solidarity, respect, and living together. In doing so, we give value to their voices and support them in becoming active citizens. A key aspect of our exchanges is the intercultural dimension, which is highlighted during intercultural evenings and informal moments of interaction between participants. In addition, we support organizations in France and across the Mediterranean that wish to get involved in international mobility projects, particularly in obtaining the quality label to host and send young people. The goal is to offer more opportunities to Euro-Mediterranean youth by enabling them to take part in educational and intercultural projects in a non-formal setting. To this end, we continue to expand our network of partners and provide guidance to organizations interested in these programs. Through our network, we identify new organizations eager to explore Erasmus+ and international mobility schemes more broadly, and we assist them in developing and implementing their initiatives. Finally, we aim to build a Euro-Mediterranean network connecting young people and youth workers. We consider the role of youth workers crucial in supporting young people and helping them strengthen their skills. The exchanges we organize also foster connections between partners from different countries, particularly within the framework of Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps, bringing together diverse experiences, working methods, and youth from varied backgrounds.
