The aim project 'Let's meet up 2" was to bring together youth exchange leaders and youth workers, in order to build strong and sustainable partnerships for Erasmus+ youth exchanges. Objectives of the project: - To strengthen and develop cooperation between different organisations in Europe active in the youth field; - To share the knowledge and skills with regard to youth work and youth engagement; - To improve the quality of common projects in terms of intercultural sensitivity, youth engagement and learning outcomes; - To find common grounds between the needs of target groups of the organisations. “Intercultural dialogue and democratic spaces 2" was a training course for youth workers and youth leaders from 9 European countries. The aim of this training was to equip youth workers and youth leaders with intercultural and communication skills in order to facilitate safe, democratic and inclusive spaces for their volunteers and target groups The project took place in Mutzig (France) between February 4 and 10, 2023. The objectives of the projects were: - to train youth workers and youth leaders to facilitate intercultural and democratic processes and activities within their organizations - to bring awareness on the meaning and the importance of intercultural dialogue as a fundamental tool to mitigate diverse group dynamics - to exchange on best practices within youth workers/youth leaders organizations - to strengthen the cooperation started within the PBA
