Background and Summary of our Project Our Starting Point Women's participation in the labor force and increased gender diversity in social life can increase the productivity and efficiency of societies. According to research, eliminating all forms of discrimination against women can increase productivity per worker by up to 40 percent. Therefore, empowering women in the business world is both an ethical responsibility and important for social and economic success for societies. Increasing women's participation in the workforce and promoting gender diversity can help societies gain the advantage of long-term sustainable growth. In this context, women's economic security is vital for the realization of human rights and fundamental freedoms. At the same time, gender equality and economic security are crucial for strengthening societies and promoting peaceful nations. Finally, everyone should have equal opportunities and the ability to rise to positions of leadership, regardless of gender discrimination. In summary, the support of individuals of the opposite gender is crucial in promoting a fair and equitable working environment. This commitment not only benefits women, but also helps foster an inclusive culture of gender equality. In this context, by first implementing our project we contributed to *Raising awareness, * Creating awareness about the need to support women in leadership roles, * Sensitization on main topics such as raising awareness on gender norms.
