Gender inequality is a global problem that confronts many people, not just underdeveloped societies. This condition affects all genders, and in certain cases, men may also face this problem. The consequences of this problem can come back to women in different ways every day, in the form of violence and cruelty. This consequence of the patriarchal order has begun to increase its intensity over time and to be reflected in the language as an expressive reality. Mass media have become the biggest disseminators of these discourses. While language can make people friends, it can even turn many countries into enemies. For this reason, how and for what purpose the language is used is very important. In particular, the fact that both managers and people in authority in any field are generally formed, selected and determined by men has given men superiority in many areas. This superiority gained by men has been reflected in language, behavior and gender roles in intellectual dimensions over time. Women should only do housework, child care and similar tasks, should have a say in matters related to home and family life and should not interfere or speak in any other matters. Women should not have any say in such matters. Over time, the thoughts of many people in the society (even women) have evolved and have been put into the desired form, especially by placing a lot of emphasis on the things that women cannot understand or that they should not interfere in men's affairs. As a result of women being drawn from different fields, comfortable and flexible working lives have been provided to men. This situation has caused women to be further oppressed and to continue their existence in certain patterns in society. With our project, we aimed to reorganize this situation of inequality between genders and to make people aware of these intellectual patterns. We supported the creation of a neutral language among societies and the initiation of a neutral language movement. In particular, we aimed to raise awareness of people and societies about neutral language. We arranged the words and phrases that can be used instead of sexist discourses and made them known and usable by people. By evaluating society's gender stereotypes with examples from different institutions and organizations, we shared the problems people experience and aimed to develop ideas and solution suggestions on how to eliminate such problems in society. In this context, we carried out our project with the aim of drawing attention to the issue that society can be re-evaluated within the scope of gender equality.
