The main idea of our training course was to show to youth workers that succeeding as a team mostly in the working field does not solely relies on the intellect of the teammates but the most important factor is the behavior of the group as a whole. To get the group working together it is necessary to give them a qualified leader who is capable of delegating tasks and showing their teammates what has to be done. In many European countries, including some participating in this project, the issue of finding a good leader who can lead a team is overlooked often and only the most extroverted people are taking such role. Our project was a chance for the youth workers to get to know themselves better, enhance their skills, explore their leadership style connected to their personality and learn how to work with different people on various topics while taking a lead. Many organizations are in need of some new, fresh, open-minded and most importantly qualified young leaders who can manage a project, take social actions and hopefully climb to the leadership positions in our organizations. Implementing this project helped to achieve primary needs, which were creating new leaders who are prepared to take over our organizations – seeing and hearing the participants made us sure that most of them understood the concept of a big vision and small steps to achieve desired outcome. Giving them the right tools and training helped them to match their personality to most efficient working style. Acknowledging that even the flaws can be turned into something useful, gave them a boost of confidence and will power to take action on their own or improve by doing more teamwork to fulfill greater things. The objectives of the project were: • Fostering quality of youth work and social activeness by providing an equipping of young leaders practical skills in leadership including coaching • Enhancing the multicultural approach as well as tolerance and solidarity of participant through providing learning space for young people from various countries • Exchange of good practices related to innovative youth projects, which realize the leaders in our communities, civil society development projects • Equip the participants with the key competencies useful not only in the social work but also on a job market • Promoting entrepreneurship and inclusion of young people • Providing space for young leaders to talk and share good practices on how to deal with the current EU critical situation • Influence the local community through organizing an open debate with participants of the TC and promote it by podcasts • Learn digital leadership - leading team in a digital environment
