Our main objective was to enable young people living in rural areas to play an active role in their region. This general objective can be broken down into a number of specific objectives: - Revitalising the area through the emergence of new projects - To raise awareness of civic commitment and participation in democratic life among the young people who initiated the project and the young people welcomed by the local mission - Make the needs of young people heard by elected representatives, associations and local authorities - Stimulate a local dynamic for young people We are also seeking to raise awareness among the general public, young people in the area and local elected representatives of the need to include the most vulnerable members of society. Through our mobility programme in Belgium, we wanted to help combat misinformation, raise awareness among refugees and immigrants of the need to develop a critical mindset and bring young Europeans together.
