The “Actors of change!” project » placed emphasis on the exchange of practices, artistic discoveries and cultural facilities and access to these practices within a territory under-equipped with cultural facilities and mobility services. The general objectives of this project were: - Promote the development of young people in their social lives - Strengthen exchanges, solidarity, meetings and cooperation between young Europeans (and therefore between organizers) - Encourage citizen engagement and a spirit of initiative - Make artistic practices (music, theater, slam, street art, etc.) more accessible to rural young people - Re-examine youth policy in rural areas
