With this project, the library perfected and improved programs to encourage reading and develop reading awareness. Readers' club programs create a community of users based on tolerance and critical thinking. Everyone is free to think aloud and make mistakes without fear. It will contribute to the development of reading habits and thus later success, both personal and business. Adult users from hard-to-reach areas will be integrated.
Virovitica Public library is development library and takes care of 5 public libraries in the county. It provides library materials and provides services to encourage reading to all members of the community. It provides open access to all, without discrimination of users. The library is a public space and gathering place, and with this project, it wants to bring together adults, especially users from rural and hard-to-reach areas who do not have access to informal education.
