Through this project, we wanted to improve the quality of management and ensure high standards in our institution, as well as increase the competence of our teaching staff. We aimed to become an active and successful part of the Erasmus network, develop international cooperation and enable our teaching staff to adopt modern teaching methods and tools. With this, we tried to improve the quality of teaching, adapt it to the needs of our students and ensure better educational outcomes.
Magistra College is a private non-profit institution for adult education from Zagreb, specializing in the education of disadvantaged people and the training of mentors and teachers. We are preparing for external quality evaluation through self-evaluation, focusing on two key challenges: improving the management of the institution and improving the competencies of our teaching staff. Through the Erasmus+ project, our goal is to improve international cooperation and apply modern teaching methods.
