Considering digital transformation, the most important thing for POU Koprivnica as adult education provider is the necessity to develop digital skills of personnel up to the higher level so that digital technologies for teaching and overall operation of the organisation would be used the most in providing education to all adult learners. Thus, we have chosen courses with topics such as digital skills and competences, in order to get the most from offered opportunities for digital up-skilling.
The project was dealing with strengthening digital knowledge and skills in order to better adapt to the digital age. Growing digitalisation at all levels that we witness every day, as well as the need to upgrade the teaching process with state of the art digital tools in order to try to get a favourable position in front of the competition, encouraged us to search for relevant structured courses which offer knowledge and skills necessary for easier coping with everyday work.
