Objectives

The project aimed to enhance the capacities of CPS staff and active volunteers in regenerative approaches to civic engagement, develop innovative educational practices, and build resilience within the organisation. It sought to integrate these methods into CPS culture, improve programmes for active citizenship, and establish long-term European partnerships for knowledge exchange.

Background

The Centre for Peace Studies (CPS) is a Croatian NGO with 25 years of experience in adult education, promoting democracy, equality, and peacebuilding. Facing shrinking civic space and staff capacity challenges, CPS partnered with Ulex Project to strengthen its team’s skills in regenerative pedagogies, strategic planning, and transformative collaboration, ensuring knowledge is integrated into CPS programmes.
