We want to show students and the public that we are a school that keeps up with new technologies and that we are willing to put in extra effort to ensure our students learn something new. In our case, this is 3D printing, as we believe our students will benefit from this in the job market in the future, given that this technology is not sufficiently covered in the educational curriculum. Students currently do not have the opportunity to gain practical experience in 3D printing.
With the project "Create Your Future in 3D," students had the opportunity to improve their knowledge of working with AutoCAD software and learn how to use a 3D printer to print three-dimensional objects. By going on a VET, they enhanced their vocational and digital competencies by learning to independently operate a 3D printer. Mastering the basics of this modern technology will give them an advantage when seeking their first job, as most students in the same field do not have the opportunity.
