The goal of the "Vještine za uspjeh" project was to develop students specific skills through professional practice abroad, providing 80 hours of practical classes for each student. This was intended to improve professional knowledge and competences, increase international and intercultural competences and enable students to gain experience in a real work environment. The project wanted to prepare students for the labor market, empower them for teamwork and improve their communication skills.

In cooperation with the company VITALIS, the project included planning, preparation and implementation of mobility. The focus was on increasing the attractiveness of the school, adapting to the needs of the labor market and encouraging students to learn languages and crosscultural understanding.
