We expect that students will gain an extremely rewarding experience. They will improve their professional and language competences, get to know the work in the specific jobs they are studying for, improve their communication skills, gain contacts with people from other backgrounds, with different customs and habits. The experience will affect the additional motivation in education, personal growth and self-confidence of each individual, participants will receive additional references in seeking employment and the desire for further education and training in the profession. Participating organizations will establish contacts for further cooperation and provide other students with the opportunity to participate in Erasmus + calls.
We are applying for this project because we want to remove the obstacles we face that directly affect the knowledge and skills of our students to work in the field of health, with the aim of improving existing and ensuring the acquisition of new knowledge, skills and competencies in the labor market. This project is a special opportunity to achieve the learning outcomes of our students at a higher level and a competition of professional skills that students have not had the opportunity to acquire so far. At the same time, it will provide students with the competition of competencies necessary for their personal growth and development, improve understanding and raise the culture of living and care for physical development and health, develop understanding of the diversity of European cultures and languages and develop independence in work and teamwork.
