Project enabled the student participants to gain new knowledge and skills, to be better prepared for market, we increased their competitiveness and motivation to stay in profession.They got to worked on modern equipment and software at the reception and/or in wellness and physical therapy,improved communication in a foreign language, became aware need for cooperation, intercultural tolerance and environmental awareness.We also contributed realization some of goals School's EU development plan.
Koprivnica Secondary school is located in a small town in Croatia. Physiotherapy and hotel and tourism technician students have fewer opportunities for professional training, classrooms are poorly equipped and curricula lag behind the needs of the market.Through project, we enabled mentoned students to get professional training and acquire new knowledge and skills in the EU environment, we enabled inclusion and increased their motivation to work in their chosen profession (12 students in total).
