Without quality practice, students will not have the necessary skills and knowledge for employment after graduation. They need additional education through practice, and working in an international environment and companies will enable them to acquire skills for the professions and transversal skills for their permanent employability. Monitoring the teaching process in other countries gives teachers the opportunity to acquire new knowledge.
We opted for this project to increase pupils knowledge and skills, understanding of the importance of lifelong education and to the increase of their employability. Due to insufficient resources, teachers have not had the possibility for international training, which makes it difficult to introduce innovations in teaching and reduces the quality of the educational process in very attractive professions of graphic and web design.
